Before normal payments and account security features work smoothly, verify your email and set a separate payment password from the account security page.

Email verification

  1. Open the account page from the Acbuy account icon.
  2. Go to Account Security.
  3. Choose Verify Email and send the verification email.
  4. Open the email link, or copy the link into your browser if it does not open directly.
  5. Refresh the account page and confirm the status changes from warning to a successful check mark.

Payment password setup

  1. In Account Security, choose the payment-password option.
  2. Enter the new payment password twice.
  3. Use a different password from your login password.
  4. Request the email verification code, enter the 6-digit code, and confirm.

Reset and troubleshooting

If you forget the login password, use the login-page forgot-password flow. If you forget the payment password, modify it from the account security page and verify by email code. If emails do not arrive, check spam, email settings, a different email domain, or Acbuy online support.
