Before normal payments and account security features work smoothly, verify your email and set a separate payment password from the account security page.
Email verification
- Open the account page from the Acbuy account icon.
- Go to Account Security.
- Choose Verify Email and send the verification email.
- Open the email link, or copy the link into your browser if it does not open directly.
- Refresh the account page and confirm the status changes from warning to a successful check mark.
Payment password setup
- In Account Security, choose the payment-password option.
- Enter the new payment password twice.
- Use a different password from your login password.
- Request the email verification code, enter the 6-digit code, and confirm.
Reset and troubleshooting
If you forget the login password, use the login-page forgot-password flow. If you forget the payment password, modify it from the account security page and verify by email code. If emails do not arrive, check spam, email settings, a different email domain, or Acbuy online support.
