Quick answer
Explains chargeback-related account locks, how to ask the issuing bank to cancel the chargeback, proof review, waiting time, and temporary unlock options.
Full guide
An Acbuy account may be locked when the issuing bank starts a chargeback for a transaction. The platform treats this as a payment-risk event and locks access until the chargeback status is resolved or secured.
How to cancel the chargeback
- Contact your card issuer or bank through online banking, mobile banking, or phone support.
- Ask them to withdraw or revoke the chargeback for the specific transaction.
- Save screenshots or confirmation documents proving the chargeback was cancelled.
- Send the proof to Acbuy for finance review.
If Acbuy still sees “not canceled”
Bank and payment-channel systems can take time to synchronize. The official article says a 3-7 business day wait is common. If the status still does not update, contact the bank again and clearly repeat that you want the chargeback cancelled.
While waiting
- You can wait for bank review while Acbuy follows up.
- If immediate access is needed, Acbuy may allow a temporary unlock by topping up an amount matching the chargeback amount. Ask support if unsure.
- After final bank confirmation, Acbuy adjusts the account and balance according to the result.
Risk note
Chargebacks can make account recovery more complicated. For order or payment disputes, contact support first whenever possible.
