Rehearsal service is used when you want more accurate parcel weight, dimensions, and volumetric weight before paying international shipping. It helps estimate the final route cost more precisely, but it does not automatically reduce the parcel weight.
How to submit rehearsal
- Open the warehouse page.
- Select Rehearsal Packing.
- Choose the packaging method.
- Choose a preferred shipping route if you already know what you want.
- Leave optional warehouse remarks for packaging details.
What you receive
Warehouse staff generate the measured parcel data in the rehearsal section. The official article says packed-parcel photos are not provided.
After the result
Open the rehearsal result, submit for delivery, choose the final route, and pay the final shipping cost based on the updated parcel data.
Fees and timing
The official article states the base rehearsal fee is 20 RMB for up to 20 AI orders. If there are more than 20 AI orders, an extra 1 RMB per additional AI is charged. Normal processing is around one working day, and large submissions may be split into multiple rehearsal parcels based on the preferred route.
