How to submit a parcel

When an item is marked as stored, it has arrived at Acbuy warehouse and can be handled from the warehouse page. From there, you can submit a single item or select multiple stored items and ship them together.

Choose the right parcel action

• Submit for Delivery: use this when you are ready to create the international parcel and pay shipping. After warehouse packing, the final shipping cost may be adjusted; overpayment is refunded and underpayment may require an extra payment.
• Rehearsal Packing: use this when you want measured parcel volume and weight before final shipment. The service has a base fee and may add per-item charges when the order count is high.

Before submitting

• Decide whether original packaging should be removed or kept.
• Choose whether labels should be removed or retained.
• Select a route whose declared-value limit fits your parcel.
• Pick system declaration if you want Acbuy to generate declaration details, or personal declaration if you need to enter item names and details yourself.
• Leave warehouse remarks only for practical packaging requests.
• Apply a coupon only when the parcel shipping fee meets that coupon minimum.

Rehearsal flow

If you choose rehearsal, select the packaging method and preferred route, then leave optional instructions. Warehouse staff generate measured data before final shipment; official guidance says packed-parcel photos are not provided. After the rehearsal result appears, submit the parcel for delivery and choose the final route.
